Hangul, from Zero

Seven days from "I cannot read any of this" to reading a Korean street sign

Korean writing has 24 letters, and those 24 come from 8 shapes drawn from the mouth that makes each sound. Seven daily lessons: the five base consonants, the added stroke, the three vowel marks, the mouth behind each vowel, the syllable block, the final consonant, and then a street full of signs you can read. No prior Korean at all.
