A Korean checkout is three questions long and they come fast. Learners freeze not because the sentences are hard, but because they do not know which three are coming.

2 · Taking something back
Two different words, and using the wrong one gets you the wrong outcome. 교환 is swapping it for another one; 환불 is getting your money back.
